[Cold Forging]CV-joint forging simulation (tetrahedral)

A precision simulation of a CV-joint cold forging process was conducted. The predictions were shown with emphasis on the accuracy in describing the surface of deformed material. A default function of mesh density control which is designed by a principle of intelligent remeshing was employed.
